LOMMERBERGEN is situated in the very scenic area of Limburg, which is in the southern part of Holland close to the town of Reuver. The region has a large selection of theme parks in the area and is not far from the German border meaning that your rugby tour with friendly matches or rugby tournament can be organised in both countries.

The resort is surrounded by beautiful woodland and a vast abundance of wildlife alongside the river Maas making this a wonderful family destination. There is also a great assortment of attractions at Lommerbergen including the superb subtropical water complex with water slides, heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, solarium, poolside bar and ten-pin bowling to name just a few.

There is also the opportunity to do other sports such as mini golf, tennis, bike hire and many other outdoor activities. In the centre of the park is where the large dome is located and is the main complex which has recently been refurbished hosting a choice of bars, cafes and restaurants where your club can socialise. It also has a large supermarket which stocks a large array of groceries and items that you might need.

Rugby Festivals and Rugby matches: If requested it is possible to arrange rugby fixtures in nearby Germany, but usually they take place in Eindhoven, Weert or Den Hague.  All clubs have their own private facilities with excellent grounds usually hosting a clubhouse with bar and well maintained pitches. Your team will not be playing any park rugby on a European tour with Sports Tours ! 

ACCOMMODATION - 5,6 & 8 berth bungalows (self catering): Your accommodation will be provided in bungalows which sleep either 5-8 persons. All the bungalows are situated in woodland surroundings and are centrally heated with a  living / dining room, TV, fire place, open plan kitchen which is fully equipped and a well-furnished bathroom. For your comfort and enjoyment each unit has a patio area with garden, perfect for a BBQ in the evening with family and friends.
