Weekend Tournaments, four days / three nights
DAY 1 - Arrive at your resort from 16:00 hrs and check into your accommodation (the group leader is to collect keys and distribute to the rest of the group). Early that evening there will be a welcome meeting for all group leaders and team managers which will give you a chance to meet the organisers and for them to brief you on the event. The rest of the evening at your leisure. We have arranged for your holiday center to provide a varied evening entertainment programme.

DAY 2 - The first group games of the competition take place. Use any free time to visit local attractions. Once again a fantastic evening entertainment programme is provided for you at the holiday center.

DAY 3 - Continuation of group games followed by knockout stages and then onto the finals. Your presentation party will take place that evening and every participant in the festival will receive a trophy from a famous rugby celebrity followed by the runners up and winners receiving their awards. We also award a sporting award to each age group which we feel is the most coverted title of the event. Afterwards feel free to enjoy the onsite entertainment once again.

DAY 4 - Vacate your accommodation by 10am.
